A diminutive picayune dachshund who was thrown in the applesauce in Philadelphia with a confused spine is now getting a whole new term of a contract on life .
The pup , now name Frances , has receive a miniature canine wheelchair to help oneself her walk , and was recently adopted , according to thePennsylvania SPCA .
On January 18th , Frances was found in a garbage bag by a good Samaritan , agree to SPCA spokeswoman Gillian Kocher .
