When Marianne and Dave sweep up Edie at just a wee little six week old , the couple enjoin Daily Paws that the jackpot was so pocket-size she could gibe in the palm of a deal ! It was definitely love at first mass : when Edie first came home , Marianne says she instantly burst into snag of delight .

But do n’t let that bantam slight ball of frivolity fall guy you — she packs a lot of conversation into her small kitten body ! The couple says that every morning begin with Edie ’s singing . Her surprisingly strong vocal cordsmeowthrough their apartment , and they says she loves to show off her vocalizing voice bymimickingMarianne and Dave ’s favorite way of saying " hello . "

As an only fur nestling , the couple state it ’s pretty obvious that Edie is unbelievably cross . Since adopting Edie , the couple ’s flat has all changed . They builtvertical shelvesfor Edie to jump between , and even yield her a lot of special " cat step " leading up to her own personal hammock . And even though she has two of her own bed , her favourite patch to lay is in Dave ’s death chair . Like any true diva kitty , she always hasnew toys , but is really only interested in work in the boxes they arrive in .

Do n’t worry , though . Dave and Marianne are on board with all of this special qat ’s quirks . Dave says that even though he knows Edie is spoiled , " it give me a stack of joy to see her enjoying the thing that we do bollocks her with . " So mellisonant !

Her vocalizing and celeb - like personality are n’t the only great things about Edie , though . The distich says that anytime Edie catch sight of herself in the mirror , she always appears enthralled . They say she get into an " attack pose " and stares at her reflection . They ’re not certain if she thinks she ’s another cat and is practice her ninja affectedness … or if she just loves to look at her own reflection .

" It ’s weird to guess about a clock time before Edie because she is such a big part of our life now , " Marianne says . " I ca n’t ever foresee myself not having Edie . "
