When Annie Ryzak pass out boat on Lake Michigan this Memorial Day weekend , she gestate a relaxing holiday with some friend . What she wound up contract was footage of a dramatic rescue of a sputter doggo .

Ryzak was boat on Sunday , May 29 , near Ohio Street beach in Chicago when she saw the small , dark shape bob in the jerky Lake Michigan urine .
" It was , in fact , a dog , " Ryzak told the intelligence station . " And the great unwashed were start to detect the situation on acres . "
Filming from her gravy boat , Ryzak managed to catch the events as they unfolded .
Ryzak said that the dog first began swim further out off from shore . It was a potentially dangerous situation , not only because of the steer and jerky wafture conditions , but because of the orotund number of boat nearby for the gay vacation weekend .
But that was when some safe Samaritans on shoring settle to take action . One man alternate into the lake from the rocky embankment and swam out to the paddling doggo , turning the doggy around and directing it back towards commonwealth . Once the four - legged natator drive close , the man ’s friends still on shore manage to grab the whelp and haul it onto terra firma , where puppy and owners were happily reunited .
