Despite the vociferation of thousands of concerned animal - lovers and the pouring in of petitions to lay off this savage and barbaric praxis , the wasting disease of dog nitty-gritty and dog meat fete still run rearing in parts of Asia . But for two lucky Huskies , their horrific journey through the andiron meat craft and eventual slaughter was halted , and they were given a whole young lease on life .
Meet Cedric and Mendy ( as they are now called ) , who were once just two more sad face among the crowded cages of a frank inwardness farm in Korea . Here unrefined kennel were stuffed full of canines awaiting their horrible fate without so much as a cool boozing of water to blow out their painful thirst . The woebegone whimper and screak filled the melody as desperate dogs hear to break free from their constraints , eventuallygiving in to their pain and neglect .
However , that was all about to exchange . Thanks to some dedicated folks , these dog were aboutto be discharge from this unimaginable situation . But the domestic dog were n’t the only ones that were going to make an astonishing discovery … so were their rescuers .

There was something peculiar and different about Cedric and Mendy . Out of the 169 click , this twosome were both spring up on the cage doorway to greet their rescuers .

Even after they were separate for only a short stop - of - sentence when being remove to the New Jersey shelter , the Huskies were jumping all over each other in pure delight when they were reunited . The shelter staff also describe that Cedric is very protective of Mendy and will often unravel back to her when they ’re out play , just to be indisputable she ’s alright .
This loveable canine - duet were very lucky to have each other . They grapple to find the tiniest intimation of Bob Hope and felicity in the most brutal of luck . Perhaps , this puppy - dear was their rescue force .
Although , only 12 to 16 dogs will be arrive at one time , the protection plans to get all these doggy out of this horrific situation . And with sentence , patience and a whole lot of honey , they desire to be able toplace all these poor furry souls in new forever homes .
As for Cedric and Mendy ? The tax shelter has made certain they have been inoculate , altered and have a clean bill of wellness . They ’ve even learned how to walk on a tercet and socialize with other dogs .
