Jessica Rennard is a dog fan . Her border - collie puppy , Kevin , was a member of her family . She would do anything to take care of him as best she could . Rennard ’s saga began back in May . She ’d just taken Kevin for a walk , and she give him a treat once they returned home . When Rennard proceed in after him she find him lie on his side on the trading floor with his tongue hanging out .
Thinking that he had suffered from some sort of hypersensitised response , she pick him up . That ’s when rakehell began leaking out of his oral fissure , and Rennard knew something was in earnest unseasonable . She rushed him to the local animal infirmary , but it was too late .
