A sweet moment caught on photographic camera led to the adoption of an older tax shelter dog this calendar month after she spend a class without a home .
A dedicatedKnox County ( Illinois ) Humane Societyemployee was sire Sandy , the 10 - yr - oldpit bullmix , ready for bed several weeks ago when the humane society ’s director — Erin Buckmaster , who works on a volunteer base — note the ritual on the surveillance camera .
