The Watsonville ( Calif. ) Police Department shared a tear - yank video on their Facebook page last calendar month : a Watsonville humankind named Gary being reunify with his emotional backing dog , aDoberman pinschernamed Arrow .
The pure - multiply doggo was reported missing Sept. 19 by his distraught owner . Gary had small hope of being reunited with Arrow , who is Gary’semotional financial support dog . But after some good old - fashioned detective workplace , Arrow was located and the reunification was made potential .
