On October 8thof this year , Lori Bilyou lost her dog Ozzy when he escaped the yard .
In a sad serial of events , Ozzy had suffered a seizure , become disorientate , and jump over the grand fencing .
Ozzy is Bilyou ’s divine service firedog ; he has been helping her recover from PTSD since she returned from a traumatic hitch in Afghanistan .

She came back to Newark in 2013 , and in 2015 Ozzy joined Bilyou ’s family to facilitate her heal .
Since he has been live on , Bilyou has spent thousands of dollars and has even refinance her home in a desperate hunting for the dog . In the procedure , she has find 8 otherlost dogsacross Northern Delaware and has returned 7 of them to their plate .
Bilyou worries that the gaining control may have disoriented and maybe even blinded Ozzy , and worries that he may have an impaired store after the effect .
